Founder Emily Dillon, leads a highly talented and experienced team of therapists to create an outstanding experience and exceptional level of service to valued clients.  The Venue is the ‘one stop shop’ to feeling and looking fantastic, providing the very latest aesthetic and non-surgical treatments available for both face and body.

Your health and wellbeing is our priority, but comfort and convenience is important too.  With 8 skilled beauty therapists to choose from, 2 aesthetic practitioners, 2 leading hairdressers, late night opening until 9pm, IPads and mobile phone charges – life just got a little easier.

Meet the team


Salon Director & Founder

Emily has over 11 years’ experience in the beauty industry, her career has taken her as far afield as Australia where she worked with a well-known skincare brand learning from leading skin experts about the science of skin and rejuvenation techniques.

Upon returning to the UK, Emily set up her own business which went from strength to strength and after six years decided to expand into larger premises. The stunning new salon ‘The Venue’ has enabled her to offer a greater range of beauty and skin rejuvenation treatments for her loyal and valued clients. “I am extremely proud of what I and our fantastic team have achieved in the last 2 years of business. We have created a ‘one stop shop’ for everyone’s beauty needs. Whilst we are delighted with our success we are eager to develop our knowledge and skills as a team to ensure that we can offer our clients the very best and innovative treatments at a competitive price”


General Manager 

Jenna has over 11 years’ customer service experience. Her priority is to ensure clients have a wonderful experience at the salon from the minute they walk through the doors. “First impressions are everything and I want to ensure our clients always receive a warm welcome and know they are dealing with someone who can answer any questions they may have about our range of treatments.”

One of Jenna’s main focuses in the salon is marketing. “I like to keep up to date with all the latest marketing ideas, whether that’s on social medial or advertising I think it’s so important to stay current with all the knowledge of what happens behind the scenes.” Jenna always makes sure clients are kept up to date with the latest treatments and special offers and is a ‘whizz’ on social media. “No working day is every the same which is why I love most about my job. From welcoming new clients, catching up with regulars and being part of a fantastic group of ladies. I love watching the girls learn new things and grow as women as the time goes on.”

Since returning from maternity leave last year Jenna has stepped up more into her managerial role at the salon and has recently taken on a bigger role and is now General Manager at both Wallisdown and Westbourne. “I have such a fantastic relationship with all the girls, they make managing them a pleasure. I love having more of a responsibility at the both salons and being involved in everything behind the scenes!”


Salon Manager 

Silva began her level 2 and 3 NVQ Beauty Therapy apprenticeship at the age of 16, resulting in being in the industry for 8 years. She has continued to expand her knowledge by completing courses on nail extensions, advanced skincare, intimate waxing, eyelash extension and semi-permanent eyebrows, she then became a ‘Dermalogica Skincare Expert’ after completing the training course, Silva’s very passionate on improving her clients skincare routine and is happy to educate you on the prescribed products for your skin. Silva says; “my priority is to ensure that our clients are delighted with their treatment and leave feeling like a million dollars. I like to build good relationships with my clients so that they will return time and time again.” Silva is a great asset to our team, she is friendly, outgoing and a fantastic all rounder.

As the team is growing by the day Silva took on the role as Salon Manager, customer service is top of her priority and she will go out of her way to ensure you have an experience like no other when visiting The Venue. She shares her passion, enthusiasm and motivation when it comes to managing the salon and the fantastic team of therapists.


Front of House

Paige has over 8 years of fast paced customer service experience, she works amongst our team ensuring the day runs as smoothly as possible. She brings structure to the running of the salon her priority is to make clients to feel comfortable and welcome adapting to their unique needs.

Senior Therapist

From a young age Fran always knew she wanted to be in either the makeup or beauty industry.

“I started by studying makeup in 2016 but soon realised I wanted to pursue a career in beauty therapy and went on to obtain my level 2 and 3 qualifications.”

During this time, Fran expanded her skills by undertaking further courses including eyelash extensions & lash lift. Fran is a great asset to the salon. Her lovely nature and happiness shines through and we are really looking forward to watching Fran grow and expand her knowledge here at the salon.


Senior Therapist & Training Academy Operations Manager 

Sarah has been in the beauty industry for over 12 years and is fully qualified in Level 2 and 3 Beauty Therapy. She also has advanced qualifications in IPL, (hair removal and skin rejuvenation) and advanced waxing. Sarah qualified in CryoPen in 2018 and has had a huge demand in this particular treatment from the beginning. She is known for being particularly fast in waxing especially hot waxing and has been named the “wax queen” in the salon. Sarah loves being a part of our team here at the salon, she is friendly, outgoing and a fantastic team player.

Senior Therapist

Alex is a level 2 and 3 qualified Beauty Therapist and is one of our newest members join our expanding team. Alex offers a wide range of treatments from nails, waxing, massages to eye treatments and has been performing these for 5 years. Prior to that she experienced being a salon reception so her service is exceptional and very important to Alex! She is easy going, friendly, very approachable and a team player and looks forward to her future at The Venue!


Beauty Apprentice

I have always wanted to take beauty as a career and i have always enjoyed it. In my free time i like to practice new things and become more confident in the treatments we offer. I started my level 2 beauty therapy course in September this year. So far by working in the salon I have gained much knowledge of how the beauty industry works and I find it really enjoyable


Junior Therapist

I have been qualified a Level 2 and Level 3 Beauty Therapist for 2 years. Beauty has always been a big passion of mine and im so glad I have the opportunity to be a part of The Venue! Some of my favourite treatments are full body massage, Dermalogica facials and eyelash extensions. My main goal is for clients to leave feeling completely refreshed, happy and glamorous! I also have a passion for skin care so if you are wanting to know more about Dermalogica and how to improve your skin care routine then I am here to help!

 I am looking forward to seeing what my future consists of within The Venue.



Senior Stylist

Nicky has over 34 years’ experience in the hairdressing Industry and is a highly valued member of the team. Nicky moved from the Cotswolds where she worked as a Senior Stylist and Training Assessor within a large hairdressing group. She learnt many of her skills whilst working in Australia and believes that continuous professional development is paramount in the hairdressing industry to ensure that her skills and product knowledge is of the highest standard. She also believes that attending regular Schwarzkopf training is a priority. Many clients enjoy having their hair done after a beauty treatment to complete their look, one of the benefits of the “one stop shop”.
