terms of business


We require a 50%  deposit for all bookings over 1 hour 30 minutes including online bookings (within 48 hours of booking being made online). This is non-refundable and any changes to the appointment must comply with the cancellation policy.


We do understand that sometimes cancellations can be unavoidable. However, we require 24 hours notice if you need to change/cancel your appointment. No shows and less than 24 hours notice will occur a 50% charge over the phone or on your next appointment.

Late Arrivals

Please be aware if you arrive late for your appointment it will still end when scheduled to assure that our next client is not delayed. Very late arrival may mean your treatment will need to be rescheduled.

Parking – Wallisdown
We do have 3 allocated spaces at the rear of the Wallisdown salon. However, if these are full then please use the surrounding roads nearby. You can park in the Aldi car park for a maximum of 2 hours at your own risk.

Parking Westbourne
We have no allocated parking at the Westbourne Salon. Parking is available on street and off street nearby. Please be aware of the length of your appointment to avoid parking charges.


As much as we love seeing your children we want your time with us to be relaxing, so if you could please refrain from bringing in any under 8’s that would be greatly appreciated. This will also avoid any disruption to other clients having treatments and will comply with our health and safety regulations.
